For employee and payroll data, your organisation is the data controller and CorePay acts as a data processor that processes such data on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions and our agreement with you.
We do not sell your data. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as hosting, email and payment processors) who act on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
